Randy Wise
Randy is the Director of 1031 Exchanges for 1031 Exchange Services by Lamar, LLC. From the ground up, he and his team have built a company dedicated to helping clients maximize the benefits of 1031 exchanges.
With over 20 years of experience as a community banker, Randy began working with 1031 exchanges in 2020, focusing on the banking side of the business. In addition to his banking career, he and his wife successfully owned and operated a title company for seven years before selling it.
A graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in finance and economics, Randy has a passion for helping others. He has found 1031 exchanges to be the perfect opportunity to combine both, as he helps his clients navigate 1031 exchanges to maximize their financial opportunities.
Outside work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and waterfowl hunting with friends.
Daryl Voss
Daryl Voss has over twenty-five years of 1031 experience. His title insurance, real estate, and business knowledge provide 1031 Exchange Services by Lamar, LLC clients with an efficient and safe exchange experience.
An undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Southern Colorado propelled Daryl into accounting and controller positions and prepared him for owning Southwest Abstract & Title Company in Las Cruces, New Mexico, from 1997 to 2005.
After selling his title company, Daryl returned to his native Colorado, where he continued his work in 1031 exchanges, real estate investments, and small business ventures.
Daryl lives with his wife in Colorado and takes great pride in supporting his two grown children in their engineering careers. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and skiing.
